Application of Fuzzy AHP based on Entropy Weight to Service Performance Evaluation for Automobile 4S Shops
This paper presents an evaluation method of fuzzy AHP based on entropy weight for service performance of automobile 4S shops.This method integrates the essence of fuzzy mathematics,the concept of entropy weight,analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and other subjects.It builds judgment matrix with triangular fuzzy numbers,then processes fuzzy interval operation with the level cut set a and optimistic index i to yield the entropy weights,then analyzes and judges the service performance of automobile 4S shops through the values of entropy weights.The results show that this method is reasonable in theory and easily operated in practice.
