This paper analyzes the nature and connotations of technical productivity and the form,efficiency and principle of technical productivitys action on objects of labor in the link of labor on the basis of correcting value is labor concentrated in products to value is social productivity concentrated in products,uncovers the veil over technical productivity,discloses the new value system of scientific technology→labor-based use value of implements of labor→materialized labor→technical productivity→changeable capital in technical form→technical value→technical capital,expounds the objectivity and universality of the existence of technical productivity and discusses the carriers,means and approaches of technical productivity for creating and concentrating technical value and accumulating technical capital and the important role of technical value in changing the nature and composition of value,capital and social wealth so as to help people understand,accept,master and use the principle of technical productivity rapidly and accurately,speed up development of technical productivity,accelerate creation of technical value and accumulation of technical capital and advance realization of the doctrine of sharing by putting an end to all theoretical puzzlements and confusions.
