Empirical Analysis of Business Performance based on Shenzhen GEM Listed Companies Based on Factor Analysis

　　The article takes a summarized analysis of the Shenzhen GEM listing companies.And build the operating performance evaluation index system of the GEM listed companies from the debt paying ability,profit ability,growth ability and assets operation capacity.Through analyzing the operating performance of 281 companies listed on the GEM before December,2011,via SPSS17.0 software and factor analysis method,this study found that the gem companies operating performance is generally significant,the main contributions to the business performance are profitability and growth ability,the asset-liability and assets operation ability impact slightly,so this article will give some constructive proposals based on the liability management and asset management.
