Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Enterprise Technology Innovation Capability System from the Perspective of CAS Theory

摘要：

　　Since there are practical and theoretical significances for enterprises to form and improve their technological innovation capability in a dynamic and complex environment,the goal of this paper is to propose an analytical framework for enterprises to build a technological innovation system with comprehensive structures,operation and evolution mechanism from the perspective of CAS theory(Complex Adaptive System).In addition,in order to assist those enterprises which existing in a dynamic and complex circumstance to form a proper innovation system,this paper also proposed valuable thoughts and methods to research the constitution,operation characteristics,emergence mechanism,and evolutionary mechanism of the technological innovation system based on technological innovation process.
