　　The multinational corporations continuously make large-scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions in order to achieve their global strategy.The cross-border M & A have become an very important form for the foreign direct investment.The relationship between cultural integration and cross-border merger and acquisition.The drives,obstacles and pattern choice of cultural integration are studied in this paper in order that some inspirations will be given to the enterprises.
