A Study on Eco-design and Optimized Application of Runoff Rain Water in Smelting Industrial Zone--An Smelting Enterprise as an Example

　　Industrial wastewater is one of the major problems of environmental protection concern.With the development of waster end processing technology,the industrial wastewater problem is main the diffused pollution instead of the product wastewater treatment.The paper based on an smelting enterprise discusses the eco-design can reduce the diffused pollution and save water use in LID method.New eco-design of rain water cycling follows the natural process and optimized the traditional ways breaks.
