The Analysis of the Impact of Dioxin Emission on Environment in Iron & Steel Corporations
On the basis of understanding the character of dioxin and the dioxin emission status of iron & steel corporation at home and abroad,taking the case of a large-scale and advanced steel mill,supposing 8 normal scenarios and 3 abnormal scenarios of sintering gas,predict and analyze the emission impact to environment of the dioxin emission under normal and abnormal conditions,the impact to the human health under abnormal condition.The objects of this study were to know the impact of dioxin emission on the environment and if the dioxin emission will be a threat to the human health.The ratio of concentration to air quality standard indicates that the dioxin emission of steel mills has minimal impact on air quality,four orders of magnitude less than monitoring value,which is consistent with the Maurizio Onofrios research results of Italy.The risk predicting results indicate that the dioxin emission will threat the human health under abnormal conditions.
