Several Issues that Should be Noted in the Environmental Impact Assessment of Enshi Planning
With the constant development of the economy,the scale of the city also continues to make an expansion.In the meantime,the ecological problems brought by the urbanization have been bothering people for a long time.And nowadays,people are trying to find a suitable direction of the development of the city in order to establish a harmonious environment for living.Currently,many domestic cities have set up the goal of constructing eco-cities.However,as every city has its different locations and different levels of development,on the construction of ecological city,we should make a specific analysis towards the situation encountered.According to the related theories of the eco-city,combined with some advanced cases at home and abroad,we pointed out several problems that should be noted in the planning environmental impact assessment of Enshi.Then,compared with the environmental impact report of the master plan of Enshi (2010-2030),we put forward several corresponding measures for the modification.
