A Study on Environmental Protection of Eco-tourism on View Legal--A Case Study of Jiuzhai Valley National Park in Sichuan Province
The rapid growth of tourism,which develops the local economy and improves the living standard of the local residents.At the same time,the uncivilized tourist behaviors of the tourists,the pursuit of the developers for the economic benefits and the inaccurate estimate of the environmental bearing capacity by the local government and other problems,destroys the coo-tourist environment to a large extent.The pollution caused by the random development extensive operation of tourist resources by the people has been more and more serious,greatly damaging the natural and human environment on which the tourism relies.This paper analyzed the problems of the development process of eco-tourism and proposes the related countermeasures for the environmental protection of the eco-tourism on the concept and characteristics of eco-tourism in a case study of Jiuzhai Valley National Park and gives a reference mean to the environmental protection of eco-tourism in China.
