Cultural Security and Cultural Soft Power

　　The development of culture is going global against a background of globalization.Various countries pay attention to the security of national culture as cultural communication is being strengthened and cultural infiltration is getting deeper and deeper.Cultural soft power,which means the internal cohesion and external attraction of spiritual factors involving culture and ideology of a country,is very important to comprehensive national power.Thus enhancing cultural soft power becomes a strategic objective of China.National cultural security is the precondition and basis of enhancing cultural soft power,while the cultural soft power is of great importance to national culture safeguarding as well as the guarantee of national cultural security.Safeguarding the national culture and enhancing national cultural soft power have become the core of national cultural construction as globalization is developing at a high speed with surged global culture.
