The Implication of the Medical Insurance System of Taiwan and Singapore for Improving Chinas Dual Referral Conditions

　　The unsmooth dual referral hinders the effective operation of Chinas medical system.Taiwan and Singapore have designed sound system for dual referral and had success practice.This paper researches the factors influencing Chinas dual referral,and refers to the mature experience of dual referral of Taiwan and Singapore,and put forward some proposals for Chinas dual referral issues.
