Study on the Construction of Cultural Soft Power of the Rule of Law in China Based on the Traditional Legal Thought

　　The construction of cultural soft power of the rule of law in China is inseparable from the Chinese and Foreign traditional legal culture and thought,the government propagation mode and the people propagation mode on the traditional legal culture have the comprehensive effect of positive value and negative value in the construction of cultural soft power of the rule of law.The article made a comprehensive analysis of superstructure status,the ideological content of the rule of law,rule of law and education-oriented means,benevolent government and the rule of law rule base,harmonious rule of law and cultural soft power goals,which inherent in the mode of government propagation of traditional Chinese and foreign legal culture,established the traditional law and ideological basis of cultural soft power construction of the rule of law,discussed the positive value standard of government propagation.
