Evaluation on the Vulnerability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Circles Social System

摘要：

　　Starting from combing the summary of vulnerability,this paper proposed the concept of the vulnerability of regional social system.Based on the analysis of the impact of regional social system components on vulnerability,vulnerability evaluation index system of regional social system was also built.Furthermore,the development situation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan circle from 2005 to 2008 was evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results showed that,the difference of social development vulnerability within Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan circle was very obvious,and increased gradually and accumulatively.
