Analysis on the Relationship between Core Value System of Socialism and Cultural Soft Power

　　The 17th CPC National Congress proposes the conception of cultural soft power explicitly and takes the construction of cultural soft power as the key strategy for great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.In the construction of cultural soft power,the core value system of socialism is not only the centralized expression of socialism ideology,but also the soul and root of Chinese cultural soft power,while the improvement of cultural soft power is rightly the purpose and inevitable result of the construction of such a core value system.Therefore,promoting the core value system of socialism becomes the key section of improving the Chinese cultural soft power.Only through speeding up the construction of the socialism core value system,integrating it into the whole process of national education,allowing the socialism core value system to lead various social ideological trends,inheriting the Chinese excellent traditional culture actively,and improving the influence and radiation of Chinese special socialism culture,can China promote the Chinese cultural soft power continually.
