　　Integrating humane care into the ideological and political education of undergraduates is both the requirement of situation development in new historical period and of their all-round development.As the backbone in the ideological and political work,the college instructors should hold people first and represent humane care.In this article,we will analyze the lack of college instructors humane care in the ideological and political work and its countermeasures.
