Study on the Countermeasures of Enhancing the Soft Power in Suqian City

摘要：

　　City Power is a comprehensive concept that includes both hard power and soft power.The development of Suqian is in crucial period of engaging the Yangtze River Delta business circle,which requires the enhancement of soft power to create the advantages for further great breakthrough.This paper first analyzes the current situation of Suqians soft power; then,it points out the significance of enhancing the soft power,and finally it brings forward the corresponding measures of soft power construction on the basis of culture development,accelerated development,personal training,government functions,image dissemination etc.
