The Researches on the Function of Intelligent Resource in the Construction of City Soft Power

摘要：

　　The purpose of this study is to explore the function of intelligent resource in the construction of city soft power,to raise awareness and attention degree of the intelligent resource development and utilization,make it effectively play its due role.On the basis of logical analysis of the function of intelligent resource,the authors combine the development and utilization of intelligent resource with construction of city soft power,undertake an overall interpretation of the intelligent resource function.The functions are as follow:cumulative function,transformation function,integration function,cohesive function and innovation function.We should seriously pay attention to these functions,and by making full use of these functions to promote city soft power construction.
