Enhancing Soft Power of the Urban Culture in Baoding

摘要：

　　Our country brought out an important proposition on ‘enhancing soft power of the country culture’ and made it a long-term strategy of the country.Baoding owns culture advantage than many new cities for its long history and rich cultural heritage,but there is a lot of deficiency in the soft power development of the urban culture.This paper analyzes the deficiency of soft power in Baoding culture,and brings forward to making full excavation of the historical and cultural resources,featuring cities cultural symbols,strengthening urban marketing,building the city brand,improving the quality of civic culture,introducing more cultural talent,broadening the channels of cultural soft power in order to enhance soft power of the city culture.
