A Study on Composition and Construction of Community Safety Soft Power

摘要：

　　The purpose of this study is to offer train of thought of community safety soft power and tamp the foundation of city soft power construction on the basis of the composition of community safety soft power analysis.This paper discusses the six dimensions of community safety soft power:safety culture power,safety management power,technical support power,rescue and salvage power,engineering defense power,resource supply power.In the construction process of the community safety soft power,comprehensive measures should be taken from the above six aspects to achieve good effect.
