The Build Targets of the Soft Power of the Non-profit Organization and the Path of Ascension

摘要：

　　At present,the major issue of the non-profit organization is the sustainable development.The author believes,realizing the sustainable development,the non-profits organization must improve the soft power of the organization,and constructs the targets of the soft power of the organization.In this paper,we use the definition of the soft power that Joseph Nye,the professor of Harvard University,who created,to analyze the concept and the connotation of the soft power of the non-profit organization,then clear the vision of the organization,carry forward the spirit of the organization,strengthen the culture of the organization,strengthen the training of the members,promote the quality of the organization members,improve service quality to strengthen the organization management,improve the level of the management.We can discuss the path of ascension of the soft power of the non-profit organization by the four aspects,for these issues in the sustainable development of the Chinese non-profit organization.
