A Thinking on College English Culture Teaching under the Background of Cultural Soft Power Construction

　　Cultural background knowledge is a very important part of English teaching.To improve the students cultural accomplishment should be run through the whole process of English learning.College English cultural teaching is helpful to achieve the final goal of improving students cross-cultural communicative ability,cultivating students artistic appreciation and further promoting the construction of national cultural soft power.
