Language and Cultural Soft Power Studies

摘要：

　　Cultural soft power plays the leading and core position of the soft power,while language is the natural carrier of the culture and the value.The innovation and development of the language and cultural soft power is one of important steps of the win-win cultural exchange,and is one of the important aspects to promote the soft power in China.Through explanation of the soft power theory and the relations between culture and the language,the paper explores the values and influences of the language and cultural soft power and studies the ways to improve Chinas language and cultural soft power.
