On How to Enhance Research Soft Power of Colleges and Universities in Zhejiang Province Based on Quantitative Analysis

　　In this article,with current development situation of economy and higher education in Zhejiang,based on related statistical data,inputs and outputs on scientific research of colleges and universities in the province are analyzed quantitatively using factor analysis method and correlation analysis method.Combined with mathematical analysis and investigation,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward on how to enhance research soft power of colleges and universities in the province.
