Discussion on the Cultural Soft Power of College Physical Education Management System

　　Based on the literature and rational analysis,this article,from the aspect of soft power,discusses Connotation and meaning of cultural soft power.Through the study on these problems,some Countermeasures for strengthening cultural soft power of college physical education management system are put forward to improve Cultural soft power of Colleges physical education.
