Study on Evaluation of Innovation Culture in Enterprises
The construction of innovation culture in enterprises is an important part during the process of innovation and development of enterprises,objective and fair evaluation of the status of innovation culture in the enterprise is imperative.Based on the relative theory of innovation culture in enterprises,the essay used the analytic hierarchy process and combined with the practice of social investigation,to construct the evaluation system of the key factor in the construction of innovation culture in enterprises scientifically,not only to enable the enterprises to understand their own present states of the construction of innovation culture,but also help to provide a reference for the decision implementation of dynamical adjustment in enterprises.
