Analysis of Japanese Enterprises Cultural Traits and Its Cultural Roots

　　Japanese enterprises culture as the core of the Japanese enterprise reflects great attraction,influence,cohesion and creativity with its cultural traits collectivist values,special human resource management system,a sense of social responsibility of serving country and so on.The writers think that Japanese enterprises cultural traits have roots in Japanese national culture.Specifically,they are life-oneness consciousness,Bushido spirit,idea of adoring the strong and crisis awareness.The close relation between Japanese national culture and Japanese enterprise culture provides a reference for the construction of Chinese enterprise culture.
