The Cultural Construction in the Commercial Banks

摘要：

　　Financial crisis has brought a tremendous impact on commercial banks around the world,also highlight the importance of commercial banks cultural construction.Chinese commercial banks cultural building has got great progress at present,but more works are necessary,such as creating a good atmosphere of commercial banks cultural construction,carrying out the cultural construction of commercial banks,repositioning values of financial service companies,establishing correct code of ethics in commercial banks and encouraging proper financial innovation.This paper analyzes the importance and current situation of cultural construction of commercial banks,and gives out specific strategies of cultural construction of commercial banks.
