Research on the Influence Mechanism of Team Learning on Corporate Soft Power

摘要：

　　After analyzing factors influencing corporate soft power and functions of team learning,this paper,by using the qualitative research and literature research method,explores comprehensively the influence mechanism of team learning on corporate soft power.Based on its function,team learning has multifaceted and important impacts on corporate soft power.It not only determines the properties of corporate entity as the basis of enterprise soft power,also governs the effectiveness of spreading corporate entity.Therefore,it must be able to promote the enhancement of corporate soft power to introduce and implement team learning.
