Optimization of the Annual Salary System to Improve the Income Distribution Mechanism in State-owned Commercial Banks
The Annual salary system brings an incentive to managers.But a lot of problems such as the unclear property right and the imperfect performance appraisal indicators system in state-owned commercial banks hinder the normal function of the annual salary system.According to the problems in the implementation of the annual salary system in the state-owned commercial banks,this paper puts forward the corresponding recommendations and countermeasures,to optimize the annual salary system in the state-owned commercial banks,so as to improve the efficiency of the annual salary system in executive incentives and constraints.
