Research on the Relationship of the Human Capital Investment and Re-Employment
In this austere period,the re-employment problem has been focused on.The rate of re-employment is lower and lower.The only exit of this problem is to enhance the labor qualification of the unemployed.Not only the human capital value but also the ability of employment can be increased by the occupation training.At the same time,it will fit the demand of the business enterprise reform and construction adjusting.This article is basic on the occupation training and human capital,occupation training and the re-employment,in order to prove that increasing the human capital investment is a good way to solve these problems.
