A Study of Changing Villages into Communities-the New Citizens Professional Value, Employability and Job Satisfaction
Changing villages into communities is a social change guided by the local government,which is a new phenomenon in the urbanization,the study of new citizen change from farmers to citizens of transition ability and employability can not be ignored.229 new citizens randomly selected from Shandong as subjects.The results show the following:(1)The most important factors effect the new citizens career choice of the top three respectively are interpersonal relationship,the feeling of accomplishment and economic compensation,the last is aesthetic; in all dimensions of new citizens employability,group cooperation ability score is the highest,the ability of interpersonal network difference score is the lowest.(2)The new citizens professional values,employability and job satisfaction are strongly positive correlated; professional values and employability could predict job satisfaction positively,employability plays a partly intermediary role between professional values and job satisfaction.
