Research on Promoting Employment Soft Power of College Students of Science and Engineering

摘要：

　　The employment problem of college students has become one of the hot issues of the society.With the deepening of social transformation,there are contradictory phenomena such as the phenomenon that college students of science and engineering cannot find suitable jobs,and employers cannot find suitable college student candidates.This is closely related to the relatively weak employment soft power training of college students of science and engineering.In this paper,based on in-depth analysis,suggestions for promoting employment soft power of college students of science and engineering in the current social context are proposed.
