An Analysis of Cultural Tourism Soft Power:Why Do Tourism and Cultural Heritage Management Have The Potential to be in Conflict?

　　Culture soft power is a vital force to promote tourism.However,there is a conflict between tourism development and culture management.The objective of this project is to reveal the reasons which result in the potential conflict of tourism and cultural heritage management through reviewing the related literatures.It aims at helping people realize the importance of opening communication between the tourism industry and those responsible for the conservation and maintenance of cultural heritage properties; also inform people the importance of cultural conservation and scientific utilization of cultural resources.
