　　The article analysis of the impact of tourism in Jinan the construction of the soft strength of Jinan tourism factors and soft power construction for SWOT analysis; put forward in strengthening hard power construction on the basis of,a variety of firmly grasping opportunity,strengthen the construction of soft strength of Jinan City,enhance the integral competition advantage.
