　　What we are pursuing is the mode of sustainable development,The major powers in the world have have announced to develop low carbon economy.Reducing carbon emissions and the burden on the ecological environment has been recognized in many countries.City is a strong carrier of low-carbon economy,drawing on the successful experience of abroad policies has a strong leaming and practical significance to improve the competitiveness of Chinas low-carbon eco-city.
