On Culture, Culture Soft Power and National Quality

摘要：

　　Culture,culture soft power and national quality have internal consistency.The promotion of cultural soft power and the improvement of national quality depend on the cultural development and prosperity.While the national quality is the decisive factor to sustain the continual growth of a national quality,it also plays a fundamental role to the promotion of cultural soft power.Therefore,strengthening cultural construction,improving national quality and enhancing the cultural soft power are a historical process of reunification.
