The Non-Government Organizations Cultivation and Promotion of Soft Power

摘要：

　　a countrys soft power has three main sources:Culture (attractive other country in many ways),political values (in compliance with these concepts and practice in internal and external affairs),and foreign policy (legitimate and reasonable,and has the moral authority).Non-Governmental Organizations(NGOs),as the important means to enhance the soft power,is considered to be the indispensable connotation of the soft power strategy,this is because the NGOs will help shape the political democracy,social justice,national image and public diplomacy overall propulsion.In order to cultivate a healthy,vibrant non-governmental organizations,the need to strengthen the construction of relevant legal system and NGOs the ability construction,and the correct play government support,supervision effect.
