Analysis of Ways to Promote the Development of Industrial Clusters-Based on the Perspective of Soft Power

　　Industrial cluster has a great impulse to the economic growth around the world.Based on the perspective of soft power,this paper proposes four ways to promote the development of industrial cluster,which are the development of cultural industries,the cultivation of well-known brand,system innovation and the enhancement of the regional image.
