Research on College Students Soft Power Cultivation and Employment

摘要：

　　As college graduates are facing more and more employment pressure,soft power has gradually become an essential factor for them to serve society and fulfill individual value.This article focuses on college students soft power,analyzes factors that restrict the strengthening of their soft power in todays fiercely competitive society,and puts forward proposals on students soft power cultivation in order to enhance the graduates employment competitiveness.
