The Study on the Teaching Evaluation in Medical Senior Vocational School
Teaching evaluation for P.E.is based on some evaluation standards,it analyzes teachers teaching behavior and related elements.The evaluation system is a significant improvement on the education reform,It can help to find teachers good qualities.In this study,according to the prophase survey on the 6 medical vocational schools in Hunan Province,the current evaluation system of P.E teachers has no difference with the teachers in any other major.Therefore,in this essay,the author analyzed and improved the evaluation system.The author hopes it can offer a profitable reference to complete the evaluation system on P.E.teachers in medical vocational schools and make the teaching progress more efficient.Result:1.The indications of evaluation system can be divided to 9 facts.They are teaching goal and teaching content analysis,teaching methods analysis,teaching tools analysis,teaching ability,teaching resource,teaching problem,learning result,learning method,and teaching organization ability.2.Through the test result,the teaching behavior can be seen easily through a primary or a secondary target specific score.Meanwhile,it can help teachers to improve themselves.3.Through the test,teachers need to handle the teaching goals and content.They need to analyze the learning results and the learning methods,make the teaching resource useful.
