The Research about Promoting the Soft Power of College Students Employment
The issue of college students employment is currently the focus of the whole society.On the college students way of applying for a job,besides the schools and graduate certificates they get,the employers pay more attention to the students soft powers,such as personal quality,the ability of team coordination and innovation.After a study of 563 students in Quancheng College of the University of Jinan,this paper focuses on the existing problems of university students employment from the aspect of employment soft power,and analyses reasons from the angles of college undergraduates themselves and college responsibilities.And then,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions
