The Research on Recruiting Assessment System Based on the SC (China) Co., LTD
In the time of knowledge economy,human resources have become the core competitive power source of enterprise,and quality of human resources has decided the rise and fall of the enterprise.As an important management function,recruitment is the main channel to add staff,it is important to the enterprise human resources management.To better imply effective and scientific recruitment,this article try to find out the relationship between performance evaluation and recruitment assessment through the analysis of SC (China) Co.,LTD,establish the relation model and use SPSS software to calculate the correlation of performance evaluation and recruitment assessment results,then distribute the weight value for assessment methods to be base of future recruiting.Finally validating scientific validity of the model through the contrast of actual performance and expecting performance and sharing this method with more foreign enterprise.
