Research on Employment Guidance Mode Based on the Employability of University Students

摘要：

　　With the university students employment more difficult,the factors that influence the employment rate is very complex which includes both the supply-demand contradictions and acute structural imbalance.The previous employment guidance mode that helping students to choose an occupation during the last semester cant satisfy the current work needs of employment guidance.In this paper,a new employment guidance mode based on the employability of university students has been researched.The framework of the integration of all departments and the function or working content of each department related is introduced.
