Research the Mechanism of Teachers on Promotion of College Students Soft Power

摘要：

　　In recent years,many scholars studied on College Students soft power.In existed studies,it has discussed a lot about the connotation of the soft power of college students,and the relationship between the soft power of college students and employment.But how to improve the college students soft power is relatively small.In the society for the promotion of college students soft power,it is mainly discusses the role of the teachers in the promotion of college students soft power in the paper.It is elaborated how the teacher should enhance students soft power from the classroom,practice,competition,examinations,professional guidance,individual behavior and so on.
