Thinking about Improvement of College Graduates More Competitive in Job Market
The employment of college students has been the focus.In recent years,many scholars studied on College Students employability.On the base of analysis,we think that college students employability includes learning ability,practice ability,adapting ability,innovation ability,entrepreneurship ability and so on.In view of these abilities we research from boosting educational reform,fostering the practice,building technological innovation platform,developing entrepreneurship educational practice,promoting the employment guidance,strengthen the training cooperation between the university and enterprise to train and improve the students employability.
