The Application of Modern Educational Technology in University Courses Reform:from the Soft Power Theory Perspective
Joseph Nye puts forward the three-dimensional chess game model in his soft power theory system,which can also be employed in teaching activities.modern educational technology,widely used in university teaching process,plays a good supporting role,helping to stimulate students interest and enthusiasm for learning and providing a platform for interactive-based courses lecturer,as attributes the soft power character to teaching itself.However,the use of modern educational technology can not replace high input state between teachers and students.Regardless of university instruction,course reform and change efforts,etc.,their ultimate concern is,with the nature of the target,to help to improve the literacy in students,and,through high-input state for students,to learn more wisdom.The creation of modern educational technology upholds excellent knowledge transfer environment,which constitutes the soft power of teaching,conducive to knowledge transfer and growth of the carrier.However the cartier itself can not replace the content,as the hard power can not be replaced soft power.Hard power dimension in teaching content should correspond to the transfer of knowledge and production.Knowledge transfer and growth is the fundamental teaching of the meaning lies.The teaching of international relations theory,based on instructional design of modern educational technology,is corresponding to the soft power in theory,which can help realize the high educational objectives in course reform.
