Ruling Soft Power:A Strategy for the Construction of Harmonious Society

摘要：

　　With the development of Chinas economy and society,social contradictions are getting more obvious.There is much incoherence with social managements in the area of idea mentality,system mechanism,policy,law,methods and so on,in which needs continuous innovation in the construction of socialist harmonious society.One of the important strategies is to use soft power frequently and to use hard power carefully.Ruling power mainly includes the power of belief,information,communication and system.To enhance the ruling power of our party,we should start from the four aspects.
