Carrying forward City Spirit Promoting City Soft Power

摘要：

　　The concept of soft power has received more and more attention in recent years.For city,which has been regarded as the cartier of human civilization,soft power construction is very important,reflecting its energy,vigor and spirit.City spirit,as an integral part of city soft power,is a deep social consciousness,which plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting the role of radiation in the citys comprehensive building.To improve city soft power,measures must be taken on city spirit:working around the center,reaching the fundermental aim of for center; focusing on the reality,reflecting the pragmatic at key point; tracking on the mechanism,realizing the requirement of institutionalization.
