The Cultivation of Citizen Consciousness and the Elevation of Urban Soft Power
At present,the new stage is coming when the soft power becomes the symbol of Chinas urban development and competition.The elevation of urban soft power depends largely on the overall quality of the people and the level of citizen consciousness.Citizen consciousness is not only the endogenous resource of urban of soft power,but also the driving force to strengthen and enhance the soft power.The lack of citizen consciousness,which greatly inhibited the elevation of the city,has become the soft spot of the urban sustainable development.In the critical period of social transition from traditional to modern society,the cultivation of citizen consciousness becomes the citys key project to elevate urban soft power.
