Ascending Soft Power of Community Culture and Promoting Urban Community Development

摘要：

　　The Culture Soft Power is a very important sign of comprehensive national strength.It places an indispensable part in the comprehensive development of a city.This paper unfolded an investigation in the city of Jinan,and found out the present status of community culture in this city.And in order to promote healthy and coordinated development of communities,the paper also proposed the road to ascending this soft power in accordance to the problems that have occurred.
